Artist's Description
This is a painting of a kitten poking its head out of a hole in a fence. It seems to be wondering whether it's safe to come out and play. The work is completely hand painted -- this is not a photograph! Took approximately 50 hours to complete.
About Bob Nolin
My passion is Realism, especially close up, with lots of detail. Each painting is a labor of love, and can take from 20 to 75 hours to complete. I've been working full time as an artist since 2004, and attended several art schools in the early 1980's. My work has won awards at the local and national level, and has been published in "American Artist" and "International Artist" magazines.
