About Bob Nolin
My passion is Realism, especially close up, with lots of detail. Each painting is a labor of love, and can take from 20 to 75 hours to complete. I've been working full time as an artist since 2004, and attended several art schools in the early 1980's. My work has won awards at the local and national level, and has been published in "American Artist" and "International Artist" magazines. I live near Pittsburgh, PA with my wife, two teenagers, and a small menagerie of animals. Please don't bother using the email form. I don't accept emails from Fine Art America visitors. Thanks.

Bob, really nice painting as are all your animal paintings, and Heading Home is gorgeous. I have seen the work boats in NC and this "takes me back". This owl painting is a knockout. I love the colors and know how many hours it takes to get feathers and all the other markings just right. I love the eyes especially. Best of Luck on FAA........
